7 Yna cyffesant eu pechod a wnaethant; a rhodded yn ei l yr hyn a fyddo efe euog ohono erbyn ei ben, a chwaneged ei bumed ran ato, a rhodded ir hwn y gwnaeth efe gam ag ef.

5:8

5:8 But if the man have no kinsman to recompense the trespass unto, let the trespass be recompensed unto the LORD, even to the priest; beside the ram of the atonement, whereby an atonement shall be made for him.

8 Ac oni bydd ir gŵr gyfnesaf i dalu am y camwedd iddo, yr iawn am y canu wedd yr hwn a delir ir ARGLWYDD, fydd eiddo yr offeiriad; heblaw yr hwrdd cymod yr hwn y gwna efe gymod ag ef trosto.

5:9

5:9 And every offering of all the holy things of the children of Israel, which they bring unto the priest, shall be his.

9 A phob offrwm dyrchafael, o hoB sanctaidd bethau meibion Israel, y rhai a offrymant at yr offeiriad, fydd eidd ef.

5:10

5:10 And every mans hallowed things shall be his: whatsoever any man giveth the priest, it shall be his.

10 A sancteiddio gŵr, eiddo effyddant: hyn a roddo neb ir offeiriad, eiddo ef fydd.

5:11

5:11 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

11 Llefarodd yr ARGLWYDD hefyd wrth Moses, gan ddywedyd,

5:12

5:12 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any mans wife go aside, and commit a trespass against him,

12 Llefara wrth feibion Israel, a dywed wrthynt, pob gŵr pan wyro ei wraig ef, a gwneuthur bai yn ei erbyn ef;

5:13

5:13 And a man lie with her carnally, and it be hid from the eyes of her husband, and be kept close, and she be defiled, and there be no witness against her, neither she be taken with the manner;

13 A bod i ŵr a wnelo a hi, a bod yn guddiedig o olwg ei gŵr hi, ac yn gyfrinachol, a hithau wedi ei halogi, ac heb dyst yn ei herbyn, a hithau heb ti Al ar ei gweithred;

5:14

5:14 And the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be defiled: or if the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be not defiled:

14 A dyfod gwyn eiddigedd arno, ac eiddigeddu ohono wrth ei wraig, a hithau wedi ei halogi; neu ddyfod ysbryd eiddigedd arno, ac eiddigeddu ohono wrth ei wraig, a hithau heb ei halogi:

5:15

5:15 Then shall the man bring his wife unto the priest, and he shall bring her offering for her, the tenth part of an ephah of barley meal; he shall pour no oil upon it, nor put frankincense thereon; for it is an offering of jealousy, an offering of memorial, bringing iniquity to remembrance.

15 Yna dyged y gŵr ei wraig at yr offeiriad, a dyged ei hoffrwm drosti hi, degfed ran effa o flawd haidd: na thywallted olew arno, ac na rodded thus arno; canys offrwm eiddigedd yw, offrwm cor yn coffau anwiredd.

5:16

5:16 And the priest shall bring her near, and set her before the LORD:

16 A nesaed yr offeiriad hi, a phared iddi sefyll gerbron yr ARGLWYDD.

5:17

5:17 And the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is in the floor of the tabernacle the priest shall take, and put it into the water:

17 A chymered yr offeiriad ddwfr sanctaidd mewn llestr pridd, a chymered yr offeiriad or llwch fyddo ar lawr y tabernacl, a rhodded yn y dwfr.

5:18

5:18 And the priest shall set the woman before the LORD, and uncover the womans head, and put the offering of memorial in her hands, which is the jealousy offering: and the priest shall have in his hand the bitter water that causeth the curse:

18 A phared yr offeiriad ir wraig sefyll gerbron yr ARGLWYDB, a diosged oddi am. ben y wraig, a rhodded yn ei dwylo offrwm y coffa; offrwm eiddigedd yw efe: ac yn llaw yr offeiriad y bydd y dwfr chwerw sydd yn perir felltith.

5:19

5:19 And the priest shall charge her by an oath, and say unto the woman, If no man have lain with thee, and if thou hast not gone aside to uncleanness with another instead of thy husband, be thou free from this bitter water that causeth the curse:

19 A thynged yr offeiriad hi, a dyweded wrth y wraig, Oni orweddodd gŵr gyda thi, ac oni wyraist i aflendid gydag arall yn lle dy ŵr, bydd di ddiniwed oddi wrth y dwfr chwerw hwn sydd yn perir felltith.

5:20

5:20 But if thou hast gone aside to another instead of thy husband, and if thou be defiled, and some man have lain with thee beside thine husband:

20 Ond os gwyraist ti oddi wrth dy ŵr ac os halogwyd di, a chydio o neb thi heblaw dy ŵr dy hun:

5:21

5:21 Then the priest shall charge the woman with an oath of cursing, and the priest shall say unto the woman, The LORD make thee a curse and an oath among thy people, when the LORD doth make thy thigh to rot, and thy belly to swell;

21 Yna tyngheded yr offeiriad y wraig a llw melltith, a dyweded yr offeiriad wrth y wraig, Rhodded yr ARGLWYDD dydi yn felltith ac yn llw ymysg dy bobl, pan wnelo yr ARGLWYDD dy forddwyd yn bwdr, ath groth yn chwyddedig;

5:22

5:22 And this water that causeth the curse shall go into thy bowels, to make thy belly to swell, and thy thigh to rot: And the woman shall say, Amen, amen.

22 Ac aed y dwfr melltigedig hwn ith goluddion, i chwyddo dy groth, ac i bydru dy forddwyd. A dyweded y wraig, Amen, amen.

5:23

5:23 And the priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall blot them out with the bitter water:

23 Ac ysgrifenned yr offeiriad y melltithion hyn mewn llyfr, a golched hwynt ymaith. ar dwfr chwerw.

5:24

5:24 And he shall cause the woman to drink the bitter water that causeth the curse: and the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter.

24 A phared ir wraig yfed or drofr chwerw sydd yn perir felltith: ac aed y dwfr sydd yn perir felltith iw mewn hi, yn chwerw.

5:25

5:25 Then the priest shall take the jealousy offering out of the womans hand, and shall wave the offering before the LORD, and offer it upon the altar:

25 A chymered yr offeiriad o law y wraig offrwm yr eiddigedd; a chyhwfaned yr offrwm gerbron yr ARGLWYDD, ac offrymed ef ar yr allor.

5:26

5:26 And the priest shall take an handful of the offering, even the memorial thereof, and burn it upon the altar, and afterward shall cause the woman to drink the water.

26 A chymered yr offeiriad or offrwm lonaid ei law, ei goffadwriaeth, a llosged ar yr allor; ac wedi hynny pared ir wrgig yfed y dwfr.

5:27

5:27 And when he hath made her to drink the water, then it shall come to pass, that, if she be defiled, and have done trespass against her husband, that the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter, and her belly shall swell, and her thigh shall rot: and the woman shall be a curse among her people.

27 Ac wedi iddo beri iddi yfed y dwfr, bydd, os hi a halogwyd, ac a wnaeth fai yn erbyn ei gŵr, yr ar dwfr sydd yn perir felltith yn chwerw ynddi, ac a chwydda ei chroth, ac a bydra ei morddwydd: ar wraig a fydd yn felltith ymysg ei phobl.

5:28

5:28 And if the woman be not defiled, but be clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive seed.

28 Ond os y wraig ni halogwyd, eithr gln yw; yna hi a fydd ddihangol, aca blanta.

5:29

5:29 This is the law of jealousies, when a wife goeth aside to another instead of her husband, and is defiled;

29 Dyma gyfraith eiddigedd, pan wyco gwraig at arall yn lle ei gŵr, ac ymhalogi:

5:30

5:30 Or when the spirit of jealousy cometh upon him, and he be jealous over his wife, and shall set the woman before the LORD, and the priest shall execute upon her all this law.

30 Neu os daw ar ŵr wyn eiddigedd, < i dal ohono eiddigedd wrth ei wraig; yna gosoded y wraig i sefyll gerbron yr ARGLWYDD, a gwnaed yr offeiriad iddi yn l y gyfraith hon.

5:31

5:31 Then shall the man be guiltless from iniquity, and this woman shall bear her iniquity.

31 Ar gŵr fydd dieuog or anwiredd, ar wraig a ddwg ei hanwiredd ei hun.

PENNOD 6

6:1

6:1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

1 E EFARODD yr ARGLWYDD hefyd wrth Moses, gan ddywedyd,

6:2

6:2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When either man or woman shall separate themselves to vow a vow of a Nazarite, to separate themselves unto the LORD:

2 Llefara wrth feibion Israel, a dywed wrthynt. Pan ymneilltuo gŵr neu wtaig i addo adduned Nasaread, i ymneilltuo ir ARGLWYDD:

6:3

6:3 He shall separate himself from wine and strong drink, and shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of strong drink, neither shall he drink any liquor of grapes, nor eat moist grapes, or dried.

3 Ymneilltued oddi wrth win a diod gref; nac yfed finegr gwin, na finegr diod gref; nac yfed chwaith ddim sogn grawnwin, ac na fwytaed rawnwin irion, na sychion.

6:4

6:4 All the days of his separation shall he eat nothing that is made of the vine tree, from the kernels even to the husk.

6:5

6:5 All the days of the vow of his separation there shall no razor come upon his head: until the days be fulfilled, in the which he separateth himself unto the LORD, he shall be holy, and shall let the locks of the hair of his head grow.

5 Holl ddyddiau adduned ei Nasareaeth ni chaiff ellyn fyned ar ei ben: nes cyflawnir dyddiau yr ymneilltuodd efe ir ARGLWYDD, sanctaidd fydd; gadawed i gudynnau gwallt ei ben dyfu.

6 Holl ddyddiau ei ymneilltuaeth ir ARGLWYDD, na ddeued at gorffmarw.

6:7

6:7 He shall not make himself unclean for his father, or for his mother, for his brother, or for his sister, when they die: because the consecration of his God is upon his head.

7 Nac ymhaloged wrth ei dad, neu wrth ei fam, wrth ei frawd, neu wrth ei chwaer, pan fyddant feirw; am fod Nasareaeth ei DDUW ar ei ben ef.

6:8

6:8 All the days of his separation he is holy unto the LORD.

8 Holl ddyddiau ei Nasareaeth, sanctaidd fydd efe ir ARGLWYDD.

6:9

6:9 And if any man die very suddenly by him, and he hath defiled the head of his consecration; then he shall shave his head in the day of his cleansing, on the seventh day shall he shave it.

9 Ond os marw fydd un yn ei ymyl ef yn ddisymwth, a halogi pen ei Nasareaeth; yna eillied ei ben ar ddydd ei buredigaeth, ar y seithfed dydd yr eillia efe ef.

6:10

6:10 And on the eighth day he shall bring two turtles, or two young pigeons, to the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:

10 Ac ar yr wythfed dydd y dwg ddwy durtur neu ddau gyw colomen, at yr oifeiriad, i ddrws pabell y cyfarfod.

6:11

6:11 And the priest shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, and make an atonement for him, for that he sinned by the dead, and shall hallow his head that same day.

11 Ac of&ymed yr offeiriad un yn bechaberth, ac un yn boethoffrwm, a gwnaed gymod drosto, am yr hyn a becho wrth y marw; a sancteiddied ei ben ef y dydd hwnnw.

6:12

6:12 And he shall consecrate unto the LORD the days of his separation, and shall bring a lamb of the first year for a trespass offering: but the days that were before shall be lost, because his separation was defiled.

12 A neilltued ir ARGLWYDD ddyddiau ei Nasareaeth, a dyged oen blwydd yn offrwm dros gamwedd; ac aed y dyddiau cyntaf yn ofer, am halogi ei Nasareaeth ef.

6:13

6:13 And this is the law of the Nazarite, when the days of his separation are fulfilled: he shall be brought unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:

13 A dyma gyfraith y Nasaread: pan gyflawner dyddiau ei Nasareaeth, dyger ef i ddrws pabell y cyfarfod.

6:14

6:14 And he shall offer his offering unto the LORD, one he lamb of the first year without blemish for a burnt offering, and one ewe lamb of the first year without blemish for a sin offering, and one ram without blemish for peace offerings,

14 A dyged yn offrwm drosto ir ARGLWYDD, un hesbwm blwydd, perffaithgwbl, yn boethoffrwm; ac un hesbin flwydd, berffaithgwbl, yn bechaberth; ac un hwrdd perffaithgwbl, yn aberth hedd;

6:18

6:18 And the Nazarite shall shave the head of his separation at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall take the hair of the head of his separation, and put it in the fire which is under the sacrifice of the peace offerings.

6:19

6:19 And the priest shall take the sodden shoulder of the ram, and one unleavened cake out of the basket, and one unleavened wafer, and shall put them upon the hands of the Nazarite, after the hair of his separation is shaven:

19 Cymered yr offeiriad hefyd balfaisli or hwrdd wedi ei berwi, ac un deiseiK groyw or cawell, ac un afrlladen groyw; a rhodded ar ddwylor Nasaread, wedi eillio ohono ei Nasareaeth;

6:20

6:20 And the priest shall wave them for a wave offering before the LORD: this is holy for the priest, with the wave breast and heave shoulder: and after that the Nazarite may drink wine.

20 A chyhwfaned yr offeiriad hwyntj yn offrwm cyhwfan gerbron yr ARGLWYDD: sanctaidd yw hyn ir offeiriad, heblaw parwyden y cyhwfan, a phalfais; y dyrchafael. Ac wedi hyn y caiff y; Nasaread yfed gwin.

6:21

6:21 This is the law of the Nazarite who hath vowed, and of his offering unto the LORD for his separation, beside that that his hand shall get: according to the vow which he vowed, so he must do after the law of his separation.

21 Dyma gyfraith y Nasaread a addunedodd, ai offrwm ir ARGLWYDD am ei Nasareaeth, heblaw yr hyn a gyrhaeddo ei law ef: fel y byddo ei adduned a addunedo, felly gwnaed, heblaw cyf-traith ei Nasareaeth.

6:22

6:22 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

22 Llefarodd yr ARGLWYDD hefyd wrth Moses, gan ddywedyd,

6:23

6:23 Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them,

23 Llefara wrth Aaron ac wrth ei feibion, gan ddywedyd. Fel hyn y bendithiwch feibion Israel, gan ddywedyd wrthynt,

6:24

6:24 The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:

24 Bendithied yr ARGLWYDD di, a chadwed di:

6:25

6:25 The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:

25 A llewyrched yr ARGLWYDD ei wyneb arnat, a thrugarhaed wrthyt:

6:26

6:26 The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

26 Dyrchafed yr ARGLWYDD ei wyneb arnat, a rhodded i ti dangnefedd.

6:27

6:27 And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them.

27 Felly y gosodant fy enw ar feibion Israel, a mi au bendithiaf hwynt.

1??Ar ARGLWYDD a lefarodd wrth Moses, gan ddywedyd,

8:2

8:2 Speak unto Aaron, and say unto him, When thou lightest the lamps, the seven lamps shall give light over against the candlestick.

2 Llefara wrth Aaron, a dywed wrthos, Pan oleuech y lampau, llewyrched y saith lamp ar gyfer y canhwyllbren.

8:3

8:3 And Aaron did so; he lighted the lamps thereof over against the candlestick, as the LORD commanded Moses.

3 Ac felly y gwnaeth Aaron; ar gyfer y canhwyllbren y goleuodd efe ei lampau ef, megis y gorchmynnodd yr ARGLWYDD wrth Moses.

8:4

8:4 And this work of the candlestick was of beaten gold, unto the shaft thereof, unto the flowers thereof, was beaten work: according unto the pattern which the LORD had showed Moses, so he made the candlestick.

4 Dyma waith y canhwyllbren: cyfanwaith o aur fydd hyd ei baladr, ie, hyd ei flodau cyfanwaith fydd; yn l y dull a ddangosodd yr ARGLWYDD i Moses, felly y gwnaeth efe y canhwyllbren.

8:5

8:5 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

5 Llefarodd yr ARGLWYDD hefyd wrth Moses, gan ddywedyd,

8:6

8:6 Take the Levites from among the children of Israel, and cleanse them.

6 Cymer y Lefiaid o fysg meibion Israel, a glanha hwynt.

8:7

8:7 And thus shalt thou do unto them, to cleanse them: Sprinkle water of purifying upon them, and let them shave all their flesh, and let them wash their clothes, and so make themselves clean.

7 Ac fel hyn y gwnei iddynt iw glanhau; taenella arnynt ddwfr puredigaeth, a gwnnt ir ellyn fyned dros eu holl gnawd, a golchant eu gwisgoedd, ac felly ymlanhant.

8:8

8:8 Then let them take a young bullock with his meat offering, even fine flour mingled with oil, and another young bullock shalt thou take for a sin offering.

8 Yna cymerant fustach ieuanc ai fwydoffrwm o beilliaid wedi ei gymysgu trwy olew; a bustach ieuanc arall a gymeri di yn aberth dros bechod.

8:9

8:9 And thou shalt bring the Levites before the tabernacle of the congregation: and thou shalt gather the whole assembly of the children of Israel together:

9 A phar ir Lefiaid ddyfod o flaen pabell y cyfarfod; a chynnull holl gynulleidfa meibion Israel ynghyd.

8:10

8:10 And thou shalt bring the Levites before the LORD: and the children of Israel shall put their hands upon the Levites:

10 A dwg y Lefiaid gerbron yr ARGLWYDD; a gosoded meibion Israel,ca dwylo ar y Lefiaid.

8:11

8:11 And Aaron shall offer the Levites before the LORD for an offering of the children of Israel, that they may execute the service of the LORD.

11 Ac offrymed Aaron y Lefiaid garhron yr ARGLWYDD, yn offrwm gajll feibion Israel, fel y byddont hwy i wasanaethu gwasanaeth yr ARGLWYDD.

8:12

8:12 And the Levites shall lay their hands upon the heads of the bullocks: and thou shalt offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, unto the LORD, to make an atonement for the Levites.

12 A gosoded y Lefiaid eu dwylo ar ben y bustych: ac offrwm dithau un yn bechaberth, ar llall yn offrwm poeth ir ARGLWYDD, i wneuthur cymod dros y Lefiaid.

8:14

8:14 Thus shalt thou separate the Levites from among the children of Israel: and the Levites shall be mine.

8:16

8:16 For they are wholly given unto me from among the children of Israel; instead of such as open every womb, even instead of the firstborn of all the children of Israel, have I taken them unto me.

16 Canys hwynt a roddwyd yn rhodd i mi o blith meibion Israel: yn lle agorydd pob croth, sef pob cyntaf-anedig o feibion Israel, y cymerais hwynt i mi.

8:17

8:17 For all the firstborn of the children of Israel are mine, both man and beast: on the day that I smote every firstborn in the land of Egypt I sanctified them for myself.

17 Canys i mi y perthyn pob cyntaf-anedig ymhlith meibion Israel, o ddyn ac o anifail: er y dydd y trewais bob cyntaf-anedig yng ngwlad yr Aifft, y sancteiddiais hwynt i mi fy hun.

8:18

8:18 And I have taken the Levites for all the firstborn of the children of Israel.

18 A chymerais y Lefiaid yn lle pob cyntaf-anedig o feibion Israel.

8:19

8:19 And I have given the Levites as a gift to Aaron and to his sons from among the children of Israel, to do the service of the children of Israel in the tabernacle of the congregation, and to make an atonement for the children of Israel: that there be no plague among the children of Israel, when the children of Israel come nigh unto the sanctuary.

19 A rhoddais y Lefiaid yn rhodd i Aaron, ac iw feibion, o blith meibion Israel, i wasanaethu gwasanaeth meibion Israel ym mhabell y cyfarfod, ac i wneuthur cymod dros feibion Israel; fel na byddo pla ar feibion Israel, pan ddelo meibion Israel yn agos at y cysegr.

8:20

8:20 And Moses, and Aaron, and all the congregation of the children of Israel, did to the Levites according unto all that the LORD commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so did the children of Israel unto them.

20 A gwnaeth Moses ac Aaron, a holl gynulleidfa meibion Israel, ir Lefiaid, yn l yr hyn oll a orchmynasai yr ARGLWYDD wrth Moses am y Lefiaid: felly y gwnaeth meibion Israel iddynt.

8:21

8:21 And the Levites were purified, and they washed their clothes; and Aaron offered them as an offering before the LORD; and Aaron made an atonement for them to cleanse them.

21 Ar Lefiaid a lanhawyd, ac a olchasant eu dillad: ac Aaron au hoffrymodd hwynt yn offrwm gerbron yr ARGLWYDD: a gwnaeth Aaron gymod drostynt iw glanhau hwynt.

8:22

8:22 And after that went the Levites in to do their service in the tabernacle of the congregation before Aaron, and before his sons: as the LORD had commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so did they unto them.

22 Ac wedi hynny y Lefiaid a ddaethant i wasanaethu gwasanaeth ym mhabell y cyfarfod, gerbron Aaron ai feibion; megis y gorchmynnodd yr ARGLWYDD wrth Moses am y Lefiaid, felly y gwnaethant iddynt.

8:23

8:23 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

23 Ar ARGLWYDD a lefarodd wrth Moses, gan ddywedyd,

8:24

8:24 This is it that belongeth unto the Levites: from twenty and five years old and upward they shall go in to wait upon the service of the tabernacle of the congregation:

24 Dymar hyn a berthyn ir Lefiaid: o fab pum mlwydd ar hugain ac uchod, y deuant i filwrio milwriaeth yng ngwasanaeth pabell y cyfarfod.

8:25

8:25 And from the age of fifty years they shall cease waiting upon the service thereof, and shall serve no more:

25 Ac o fab dengmlwydd a deugain y caiff un ddychwelyd yn ei l o filwriaeth y gwasanaeth, fel na wasanaetho mwy.

8:26

8:26 But shall minister with their brethren in the tabernacle of the congregation, to keep the charge, and shall do no service. Thus shalt thou do unto the Levites touching their charge.

26 Ond gwasanaethed gydai fiodyf ym mhabell y cyfarfod, i oruchwylio} ac na wasanaethed wasanaeth: fel hyn y gwnei ir Lefiaid yn eu goruchwyliaeth.

12 Na weddillant ddim ohono hyd y bore, ac na thorrant asgwrn ohono: yn l holl ddeddf y Pasg y cadwant ef.

9:13

9:13 But the man that is clean, and is not in a journey, and forbeareth to keep the passover, even the same soul shall be cut off from among his people: because he brought not the offering of the LORD in his appointed season, that man shall bear his sin.

13 Ar gŵr a fyddo gln, ac heb fod mewn taith, ac a beidio chadw y Pasg, torrir ymaith yr enaid hwnnw o fysg ei bobl, am na offrymodd offrwm yr ARGLWYDD yn ei dymor: ei bechod a ddwg y gŵr hwnnw.

9:14

9:14 And if a stranger shall sojourn among you, and will keep the passover unto the LORD; according to the ordinance of the passover, and according to the manner thereof, so shall he do: ye shall have one ordinance, both for the stranger, and for him that was born in the land.

14 A phan ymdeithio dieithr gyda chwi, ac ewyllysio cadw Pasg ir ARGLWYDD, fel y byddo deddf y Pasg ai ddefod, felly y ceidw: yr un. ddeddf fydd i chwi, sef ir dieithr ac ir un fydd ai enedigaeth ar wlad.

9:15

9:15 And on the day that the tabernacle was reared up the cloud covered the tabernacle, namely, the tent of the testimony: and at even there was upon the tabernacle as it were the appearance of fire, until the morning.

15 Ac ar y dydd y codwyd y tabernad, y cwmwl a gaeodd am y tabernad dros babell y dystiolaeth; ar hwyr yr ydoedd ar y tabernad megis gwelediad tan hyd y bore.

9:16

9:16 So it was alway: the cloud covered it by day, and the appearance of fire by night.

16 Felly yr ydoedd yn wastadol; y cwmwl a gaeai amdano y dydd, ar gwelediad tan y nos.

9:17

9:17 And when the cloud was taken up from the tabernacle, then after that the children of Israel journeyed: and in the place where the cloud abode, there the children of Israel pitched their tents.

17 A phan gyfodair cwmwl oddi ar y babell, wedi hynny y cychwynnai meibion Israel: ac yn y lle yr arhosai y cwmwl ynddo, yno y gwersyllai meibion Israel.

9:18

9:18 At the commandment of the LORD the children of Israel journeyed, and at the commandment of the LORD they pitched: as long as the cloud abode upon the tabernacle they rested in their tents.

18 Wrth orchymyn yr ARGLWYDD y cychwynnai meibion Israel, ac wrth orchymyn yr ARGLWYDD y gwersyllent: yr holl ddyddiau yr arhosai y cwmwl ar y tabernad, yr arhosent yn y gwersyll.

9:19

9:19 And when the cloud tarried long upon the tabernacle many days, then the children of Israel kept the charge of the LORD, and journeyed not.

19 A phan drigai y cwmwl yn hir ar y tabernad lawer o ddyddiau, yna meibion Israel a gadwent wyliadwriaeth yr ARGLWYDD, ac ni chychwynnent.

9:20

9:20 And so it was, when the cloud was a few days upon the tabernacle; according to the commandment of the LORD they abode in their tents, and according to the commandment of the LORD they journeyed.

20 Ac os byddair cwmwl ychydig ddyddiau ar y tabernad, wrth orchymyn yr ARGLWYDD y gwersyllent, ac wrth orchymyn yr ARGLWYDD y cychwynnent.

9:21

9:21 And so it was, when the cloud abode from even unto the morning, and that the cloud was taken up in the morning, then they journeyed: whether it was by day or by night that the cloud was taken up, they journeyed.

21 Hefyd os byddair cwmwl o hwyr hyd fore, a chyfodi or cwmwl y bore, hwythau a symudcnt: pa un bynnag ai dydd ai nos fyddai pan gyfodair cwmwl, yna y cychwynnent.

9:22

9:22 Or whether it were two days, or a month, or a year, that the cloud tarried upon the tabernacle, remaining thereon, the children of Israel abode in their tents, and journeyed not: but when it was taken up, they journeyed.

22 Os deuddydd, os mis, os blwyddyn fyddai, tra y trigair cwmwl ar y tabernad, gan aros arno, meibion Israel a arhosent yn eu pebyll, ac ni chychwynnent: ond pan godai efe, y cychwynnent.

9:23

9:23 At the commandment of the LORD they rested in the tents, and at the commandment of the LORD they journeyed: they kept the charge of the LORD, at the commandment of the LORD by the hand of Moses.

23 Wrth air yr ARGLWYDD y gwersyllent, ac wrth air yr ARGLWYDD y cychwynnent: felly y cadwent wyliadwriaeth yr ARGLWYDD, yn l gair yr ARGLWYDD trwy law Moses.

10:10

10:10 Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial before your God: I am the LORD your God.

10 Ar ddydd eich llawenydd hefyd, ac ar eich gwyliau gosodedig, ac ar ddechrau eich misoedd, y cenwch ar yr utgyrn uwchben eich offrymau poeth, ac uwch ben eich aberthau hedd; a byddant i chwi yn goffadwriaeth gerbron eich Duw: myfjt yw yr ARGLWYDD eich Duw.

PENNOD 11

11:1

11:1 And when the people complained, it displeased the LORD: and the LORD heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the LORD burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp.

1 AR bobl, fel tuchanwyr, oeddynt flin is yng nghlustiau yr ARGLWYDD: a chlywodd yr ARGLWYDD hyn; ai ddig a enynnodd; a thn yr ARGLWYDD a gyaeuodd yn eu mysg hwynt, ac a ysodd gŵr y gwersyll.

11:2

11:2 And the people cried unto Moses; and when Moses prayed unto the LORD, the fire was quenched.

2 A llefodd y bobl ar Moses: a gweddodd Moses ar yr ARGLWYDD; ar tn a ddifioddodd.

11:3

11:3 And he called the name of the place Taberah: because the fire of the LORD burnt among them.

3 Ac efe a alwodd < nw y lle hwnnw, Tabera: am gynnau o dan yr ARGLWYDD yn eu mysg hwy.

11:4

11:4 And the mixed multitude that was among them fell a lusting: and the children of Israel also wept again, and said, Who shall give us flesh to eat?

4 Ar lliaws cymysg yr hwn ydoedd yn eu mysg a flysiasant yn ddirfawr: a meibion Israel hefyd a ddychwelasant, ac a wylasant, ac a ddywedasant, Pwy a rydd i ni gig iw fwyta?

11:5

11:5 We remember the fish, which we did eat in Egypt freely; the cucumbers, and the melons, and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlic:

5 Cof yw gennym y pysgod yr oeddeft yfa ei fwyta yn yf Aifft yn rhad, y cucumerau, ar pompionau, ar cennin, ar winwyn, ar garlleg:

11:6

11:6 But now our soul is dried away: there is nothing at all, beside this manna, before our eyes.

6 Ond yr awr hon y fliae ein heneidiau ni yn gwywo, heb ddim ond y manna yn ein golwg.

11:7

11:7 And the manna was as coriander seed, and the colour thereof as the colour of bdellium.

7 Ar manna hwnnw oedd fel had coriander, ai liw fel lliw bdeliwm.

11:8

11:8 And the people went about, and gathered it, and ground it in mills, or beat it in a mortar, and baked it in pans, and made cakes of it: and the taste of it was as the taste of fresh oil.

8 Y bobl a aethant o amgylch, ac ai casglasant ac ai malasant mewn melinau, neu ai curasant mewn morter, ac ai berwasant mewn peiriau, ac ai gwnaethant y deisennau: ai flas ydoedd fel blas olew ir.

11:9

11:9 And when the dew fell upon the camp in the night, the manna fell upon it.

9 A phan ddisgynnair gwlith y nos ar f gwersyll, disgynnair manna arno ef.

11:10

11:10 Then Moses heard the people weep throughout their families, every man in the door of his tent: and the anger of the LORD was kindled greatly; Moses also was displeased.

10 A chlybu Moses y bobl yn wyto Awy eu tylwythau, bob un yn nrws ti babell: ac enynnodd dig yr ARGLWYDD yn fawr; a drwg oedd gan Moses.

11:11

11:11 And Moses said unto the LORD, Wherefore hast thou afflicted thy servant? and wherefore have I not found favour in thy sight, that thou layest the burden of all this people upon me?

11 Dywedodd Moses hefyd wrth yr ARGLWYDD, Paham y drygaist dy was? a phaham na chawn ffafr yn dŷ olwg, gan i ti roddi baich yr holl bobl hyn arnaf?

11:12

11:12 Have I conceived all this people? have I begotten them, that thou shouldest say unto me, Carry them in thy bosom, as a nursing father beareth the sucking child, unto the land which thou swarest unto their fathers?

12 Ai myfi a feichiogais ar yr holl bobl hyn? ai myfi au cenhedlais, fel y dywedech wrthyf, Dwg hwynt yn dy fynwes, (megis y dwg tadmaeth y plentyn sugno,) ir tir a addewaist trwy lw iw tadau?

11:13

11:13 Whence should I have flesh to give unto all this people? for they weep unto me, saying, Give us flesh, that we may eat.

13 O ba le y byddai gennyf fi gig iw roddi ir holl bobl hyn? canys wylo y maent wrthyf, gan ddywedyd, Dod i ni gig iw fwyta.

11:14

11:14 I am not able to bear all this people alone, because it is too heavy for me.

14 Ni allaf fi fy hunan arwain yr holl bobl hyn; canys rhy drwm ydyw i mi.

11:15

11:15 And if thou deal thus with me, kill me, I pray thee, out of hand, if I have found favour in thy sight; and let me not see my wretchedness.

15 Ac os felly y gwnei i mi, atolwg, gan ladd lladd fi, os cefais ffafr yn dŷ olwg di; fel na welwyf fy nrygfyd.

11:16

11:16 And the LORD said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and officers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee.

16 A dywedodd yr ARGLWYDD wrth Moses, Casgl i mi ddengwr a thrigain o henuriaid Israel, y rhai a wyddost eu bod yn henuriaid y bobl, ac yn swyddogion arnynt; a dwg hwynt i babell y cyfarfod, a safant yno gyda thi.

11:17

11:17 And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone.

17 Canys disgynnaf, a llefaraf wrthyt yno: a mi a gymeraf or ysbryd sydd arnat ti, ac ai gosodaf arnynt hwy; felly y dygant gyda thi faich y bobl, fel na ddygech di ef yn unig.

11:18

11:18 And say thou unto the people, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow, and ye shall eat flesh: for ye have wept in the ears of the LORD, saying, Who shall give us flesh to eat? for it was well with us in Egypt: therefore the LORD will give you flesh, and ye shall eat.

18 Am hynny dywed wrth y bobl, Ymsancteiddiwch erbyn yfory, a chewett fwyta cig: canys wylasoch yng nghlustiau yr ARGLWYDD, gan ddywedyd, Pwy a ddyry i ni gig iw fwyta? canys yr ydoedd yn dda arnom yn yr Aifft: am hynny y rhydd yr ARGLWYDD i chwi gig, a chwi a fwytewch.

11:19

11:19 Ye shall not eat one day, nor two days, nor five days, neither ten days, nor twenty days;

19 Nid un dydd y bwytewch, ac nid dau, ac nid pump o ddyddiau, ac nid deg diwrnod, ac nid ugain diwrnod;

11:20

11:20 But even a whole month, until it come out at your nostrils, and it be loathsome unto you: because that ye have despised the LORD which is among you, and have wept before him, saying, Why came we forth out of Egypt?

20 Ond hyd fis o ddyddiau, hyd oni ddl allan och ffroenau, ai fod yn ffiaidd gennych: am i chwi ddirmygur ARGLWYDD yr hwn sydd yn eich plith, ac wylo ohonoch yn ei ŵydd ef, gan ddywedyd, Paham y daethom allan or Aifft?

11:21

11:21 And Moses said, The people, among whom I am, are six hundred thousand footmen; and thou hast said, I will give them flesh, that they may eat a whole month.

21 A dywedodd Moses, Chwe chan mil o wŷr traed yw y bobl yr ydwyf fi yn eu plith; thi a ddywedi, Rhoddaf gig: iddynt iw fwyta fis o ddyddiau.

11:22

11:22 Shall the flocks and the herds be slain for them, to suffice them? or shall all the fish of the sea be gathered together for them, to suffice them?

22 Ai y defaid ar gwartheg a leddir iddynt, fel y byddo digon iddynt? ai ho& bysg y mr a gesglir ynghyd iddynt, fel y byddo digon iddynt?

11:23

11:23 And the LORD said unto Moses, Is the LORDS hand waxed short? thou shalt see now whether my word shall come to pass unto thee or not.

23 A dywedodd yr ARGLWYDD wrth Moses, A gwtogwyd llaw yr ARGLWYDD? yr awr hon y cei di weled a ddigwydd fy ngair i ti, ai na ddigwydd.

11:24

11:24 And Moses went out, and told the people the words of the LORD, and gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people, and set them round about the tabernacle.

24 A Moses a aeth allan ac a draethodd eiriau yr ARGLWYDD wrth y bobl, ac-a gasglodd y dengwr a thrigain o henuriaid y bobl, ac au gosododd hwynt o amgylch y babell.

11:25

11:25 And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease.

25 Yna y disgynnodd yr ARGLWYDD mewn cwmwl, ac a lefarodd wrtho; afc a gymerodd or ysbryd oedd arno, ac ai rhoddes ir deg hynafgwr a thrigain. A thra y gorffwysair ysbryd arnynt, y proffwydent, ac ychwaneg ni wnaent.

11:26

11:26 But there remained two of the men in the camp, the name of the one was Eldad, and the name of the other Medad: and the spirit rested upon them; and they were of them that were written, but went not out unto the tabernacle: and they prophesied in the camp.

26 A dau or gwŷr a drigasant yn y gwersyll, (enw un ydoedd Eldad, enw y llall Medad:) a gorffwysodd yr ysbryd arnynt hwy, am eu bod hwy or rhai a ysgrifenasid; ond nid aethant ir babell, eto proffwydasant yn y gwersyll.

11:27

11:27 And there ran a young man, and told Moses, and said, Eldad and Medad do prophesy in the camp.

27 A rhedodd llanc, a mynegodd i Moses, ac a ddywedodd, Y mae Eldad a Medad yn proffwydo yn y gwersyll.

11:28

11:28 And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, one of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them.

28 A Josua mab Nun, gweinido Moses oi ieuenctid, a atebodd ac a ddy- Moses, fy arglwydd, gwahardd dywedodd Moses wrtho, Ai lu yr ydwyt ti drosof fi? 0 na; oll bobl yr ARGLWYDD yn broff-rhoddi or ARGLWYDD ei ysbryd Aoses a aeth ir gwersyll, efe a i Israel. c fe aeth gwynt oddi wrth yr DD, ac a ddug soflieir oddi wrth ic au taenodd wrth y gwersyll:, uth diwrnod ar y naill du, a iwrnod ar y tu arall o amgylch y, a hynny ynghylch dau gufydd, b y ddaear. i y cododd y bobl y dydd hwnnw los oll, ar holl ddydd drannoeth, iglasant y soflieir: yr hwn a gasgiaf, a gasglodd ddeg homer: a enu y taenasant hwynt iddynt eu o amgylch y gwersyll. cig oedd eto rhwng eu dannedd ieb ei gnoi, pan enynnodd digo- ARGLWYDD yn erbyn y bobl, ar nro a drawodd y bobl a phia iwn. efe a alwodd enw y lle hwnnw i-Hattaafa; am iddynt gladd i yno a flysiasent. Feddau y blys yr aeth y bobl i th; ac arosasant yn Haseroth.

11:29
