The
Cymru-Catalonia Website hopes to reproduce in its entirety this interesting
account of the inhabitants of the Welsh settlements in southern
NOTE: For ourline
edition we have slightly modifed some aspects of the book.
(1) The original order of the text sections is retained. We have added some
section headings in the body of the text (a small number are of our own
devising; and do not appear in the original book; others appear in the list of
the book’s contents but do not appear in the text). We have numbered each
section for clarity. The text itself is unaltered.
(2) Comments have been inserted into the text between braces {....} to correct
errors in the text, to clarify and explain, and to add a translation of Welsh
words and expressions.
(3) A few obvious printing errors have been corrected (Giffiths has been
amended to

number in the original book with a link to the page in this website with the
electronic text version: 2708e
